Terms of service

Last updated: August 20, 2026

The short version

Creator OS is a video pipeline. You upload your videos and connect your publishing platforms; we help you cut, package, publish, and measure. You own your content. We host it, process it, and hand it back to the platforms you tell us to.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant Creator OS a non-exclusive license to store, process, transcode, and transmit your content solely to provide the service you asked us to provide. That license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Creator OS to:

  • Publish content you don't have the rights to.
  • Violate any platform's terms of service (YouTube, Instagram, etc).
  • Distribute illegal content, CSAM, non-consensual imagery, or malware.
  • Impersonate, harass, or defame anyone.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape Creator OS beyond what a normal customer would do.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate the above, effective immediately, without refund for the current billing period.

Publishing to third-party platforms

When you connect YouTube, Instagram, or another platform, Creator OS acts on your behalf using the OAuth token you grant. We are not responsible for what those platforms do with your uploaded content, how they display it, or if they remove it. Their terms — not ours — govern the content once it's on their surface.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the paid period. No refunds except where required by law.

Availability + no warranty

We aim for high uptime but don't offer an SLA on the current tiers. The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Creator OS's total liability arising out of your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We'll email you and update this page's "Last updated" date before any material change. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, delete your account.
